Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. You will be able to view the exact cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within 2–7 business days of shipment. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address. External factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance, or carrier delays can occasionally affect arrival times and are outside our control.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@trybarkly.com or (347) 455-0641. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Order Cancellation
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to submit a cancellation request, provided the order has not yet shipped. To cancel, email us at support@trybarkly.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your tracking number or order confirmation.
We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
